Behind the scenes👇
At THT, we believe that true reliability is built from the ground up, combining traditional European engineering standards with next-generation manufacturing technology.
1. Research & Development: The Italian Blueprint
Every THT component starts in our engineering department. Our R&D team utilizes advanced CAD modeling and fluid dynamics simulations to design PTOs, gear pumps, and valves that maximize volumetric efficiency. We do not just design for standard operation; we engineer specifically for the extreme pressure spikes and mechanical stress inherent in heavy-duty commercial lifting and tipping.
2. Precision CNC Manufacturing
The core of our durability lies in our machining. We utilize state-of-the-art CNC technology to mill, turn, and finish high-grade metals to microscopic tolerances. This high-precision machining ensures pressure-dependent gap sealing within our pumps and seamless, low-friction movement within our hydraulic cylinders. By maintaining strict control over the machining process, we eliminate the structural weaknesses that lead to premature component failure.
3. Metallurgy & Surface Treatment
Industrial environments are unforgiving. To combat severe wear, corrosion, and continuous vibration, all critical internal components undergo advanced surface hardening and anti-corrosive treatments. This crucial step guarantees that THT components maintain their integrity even when exposed to harsh weather, abrasive environments, and contaminated fluids.
4. Rigorous Quality Assurance & Flow Testing
A product does not leave the THT facility without proving its performance. Our quality control protocol includes comprehensive flow bench testing, static pressure holding tests, and simulated mechanical stress testing.
Pumps & Valves: Tested for volumetric output, leak-free sealing, and pressure stability.
Cylinders: Subjected to heavy load simulations to verify seal integrity and structural rigidity.
PTOs: Evaluated for smooth engagement and vibration resistance under high torque.
5. Final Assembly & Global Dispatch
Once a component passes our rigorous QA standards, it moves to our clean-room assembly lines. Here, components are meticulously assembled, lubricated, and sealed by experienced technicians. Finally, they are securely packaged in impact-resistant materials, ready to be dispatched to fleet operators, distributors, and OEMs worldwide.
